Golden Group
Golden Group is a real-estate developer with two divisions: Residential, and Commercial & Industrial. We designed and built their website to give buyers a clear way into each division and the projects inside it.
A buyer rarely decides on the website, but they decide there whether a project is worth a call. So we treated every page as evidence: enough imagery, specifics, and context for a serious buyer, with a clear path to sales the moment they're ready.
The homepage splits into the two divisions, each leading to its own catalog: a filterable Projects list for returning visitors, and guided divisional routes for first-timers.
Each project page leads with imagery, then layers in what a buyer evaluates: typology, key details, location, and a route to sales.
Design and development both, delivered by a three-person team. The site is fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
