AI Imagery Operations
SKU Coverage
SKU Coverage is a B2B dashboard for managing AI-generated product imagery at scale. It's for fashion and e-commerce teams producing assets across many SKUs and channels, who need one place to see what's ready, what's in flight, and what it's costing. In active development.
These teams ship hundreds of looks per launch, and without a coordination layer the work scatters across Slack, drives, and individual tools. The dashboard pulls it into one source of truth: per-SKU coverage across channels, status, and ownership.
A few core objects hold it together: SKUs, Assets, Workflows, Models, and Credits. Each has its own surface, cross-referenced so an operator can jump from a missing asset straight to the workflow that should have made it.
Tools this dense fail when they surface everything at once, so I built the IA around the operator's first question: what's blocking the next launch? Default views answer that, and denser admin surfaces sit one level deeper, available without crowding the daily flow.
