SKU Coverage B2B Design
SKU Coverage is a B2B internal tool I designed in 2025 for evaluating how retail product data is represented across an inventory pipeline. The operator's question is simple — where are we missing imagery, descriptions, attributes — and the tool's job is to answer it without ceremony.

B2B tools usually fail by hiding their state behind layers of UI. Here, the visualization of coverage gaps is the primary affordance — operators see the system's status in a single screen and act on it directly, no navigation tax.
